Il donne <\/strong>l<strong>a sensation d\u2019avoir un \u00ab&nbsp;n\u0153ud&nbsp;\u00bb qui entrave les mouvements et\/ou provoque une douleur aigu\u00eb, m\u00eame au repos. Une sensation de compression et le besoin d\u2019\u00e9tirer la partie du corps concern\u00e9e peuvent se faire ressentir.<br>La cause de ce sentiment de contraction des muscles ? Un geste r\u00e9p\u00e9titif ou une mauvaise position r\u00e9currente peuvent entra\u00eener une <strong>hypoxie musculaire<\/strong>. La circulation sanguine se fait alors moins fluide sur la zone concern\u00e9e. Les toxines s&#8217;\u00e9vacuent alors difficilement. <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.aureakinesis.fr\/index.php\/category\/les-fascias\/\">Les fascias<\/a> souffrent, la raideur s\u2019installe et la souffrance aussi ! Ils peuvent aussi appara\u00eetre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents trajets du muscle, tendons, proches d\u2019une articulation ou d\u2019une l\u00e9sion cicatricielle\u2026<br><strong>Il n\u2019est pas rare que la douleur irradie tout autour du trigger point et se diffuse sur une zone \u00e9tendue<\/strong>.<br>Le dos est la partie du corps la plus sujette aux points g\u00e2chettes. Visage, nuque, genou, mollet, grands fessiers, quadriceps, hanches, sont aussi susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper ce type de contracture inflammatoire. Masser le point g\u00e2chette avec un outil ou un instrument compl\u00e9mentaire, comme une balle de tennis, peut aussi contribuer \u00e0 soulager ces maux&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment soigner le trigger point ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour soulager la douleur, les trigger points n\u00e9cessitent le plus souvent l\u2019intervention d\u2019un <strong>masseur-kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute<\/strong> ou un praticien sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. La s\u00e9ance d\u00e9marre par des questions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur le mode de vie, les postures, les chutes \u00e9ventuelles\u2026<br>Les <strong>sportifs<\/strong> ne sont pas les seuls \u00e0 souffrir de cette inflammation. Les personnes <strong>s\u00e9dentaires<\/strong> qui travaillent devant un \u00e9cran sont aussi sujettes au trigger point, notamment au niveau des \u00e9paules et du dos !<br>Apr\u00e8s une <strong>palpation fine<\/strong>, le th\u00e9rapeute pratique ensuite un massage profond sur la zone musculaire concern\u00e9e avec des pressions plus ou moins fortes. La stimulation d\u2019autres points g\u00e2chettes et des \u00e9tirements accompagnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le soin.<br>Le patient peut ressentir un <strong>soulagement imm\u00e9diat<\/strong> mais <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aureakinesis.fr\/index.php\/massages\/fascias-et-trigger-point\/\">plusieurs s\u00e9ances<\/a> peuvent \u00eatre prescrites pour venir \u00e0 bout de la contracture musculaire. Beaucoup de concepts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 developp\u00e9s, le concept des points trigger myofasciaux et de la douleur myofasciale \u00e9tant ceux ayant rencontr\u00e9 le plus de succ\u00e8s. Dr. Janet Travell, MD (1901-1997) \u00e9tait une m\u00e9decin am\u00e9ricaine et la rhumatologue personnelle du pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain John F. Kennedy. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 utiliser le terme de &#8220;points trigger myofasciaux&#8221; dans ses publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 1960, Travell s&#8217;associa au Dr David G. Simons, MD (1922-2010) et r\u00e9alis\u00e8rent des recherches sur les points trigger et le syndrome myofascial douloureux. En 1983, Travell, avec la collaboration de Simons, publi\u00e8rent l&#8217;ouvrage de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence: &#8221; Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction &#8211; The Trigger Point Manual&#8221;. Ce livre fut une perc\u00e9e dans le monde de la rhumatologie, de l&#8217;orthop\u00e9die, et de la physioth\u00e9rapie et modifia la compr\u00e9hension et l&#8217;approche de traitement de la douleur chronique.
